Sagacity Information Services was founded by Luke Goodlet, whose career in further education spans more than a quarter of a century — starting in MIS and progressing through operational leadership, quality, student services and information services, to Chief Operating Officer at two national training providers and ultimately Chief Executive.
Throughout that journey, one challenge appeared repeatedly: the difficulty providers face in harnessing their data effectively. Skilled, sector-savvy data professionals are hard to recruit and even harder to retain. The alternatives — expensive contractors or under-equipped junior staff — too often fall short.
